Well that does depend on the nature of the repair. We can run a DIagnostic in a few hours, with most screen repairs taking as little as 30-45 minutes! If we have the part in stock, your device can usually be repaired and picked up the same day.

We do not require any appointments to bring in your device!  If you want to make sure we have the part needed for your repair in stock, you can always call us during business hours.

While we don’t offer mobile repair services, Offering a personal service is top of our list.
You can speak directly to our friendly staff in store so you can explain the situation in detail. We turnaround repairs quickly, we don’t send anything away to service centres and we don’t quote 7+ days for repairs (if we have the part in stock).  If we have to order parts for your device, you can make a deposit and keep your device until we call you to notify you that your part came in.

We can get most parts in 2-3 business days. You can come down to leave a deposit of half for your repair and once we get the part, we will call you to bring down the device for repair.  We can usually install the part the same day we get it so you don’t have to be without your device for long!
